I forgot to mention, this BandwidthNow service at America Plaza is fast, free, and gives you your own routable IP while you're there. You could use dyndns.org and actually run a server if you stay at Starbuck's all day (I've been here 4 hours already). The website shows they have a presence in several other buildings in San Diego too. The speed is simply awesome.
